Isakson Living has initiated a Geotechnical and Environmental assessment of the property located at 3540 Roswell Road in Marietta. This process will include conducting soil boring and analysis, a Phase I Environmental Assessment, Wetland Delineation, and GPS Mapping.
In order to complete the soil analysis, a path will be cleared in the underbrush of the trees that are on the property. A bulldozer will be used in order to create this path, which will allow a drill rig attached to an All Terrain Vehicle to reach numerous locations on the site. At each location, the drill will bore a hole into the ground to identify the types of soil in each location, as well as help locate any rock that may be on the site. The bulldozer will create the required pathways on May 30 and 31. The boring will commence on May 30 and be conducted through approximately June 7, 2013.
The Phase I Environmental Analysis will identify any conditions of hazardous substances on, at, in or adjacent to the property or vapor encroachment.
The wetland delineation will determine if any portion of the property should be considered as federal jurisdictional waters, and provide a GPS map of any areas deemed as wetlands.
The Geotechnical and Environmental assessments should be completed no later than June 21, 2013.
