The Legacy of Life,
Well-Lived

More than 25 years ago, Isakson Living introduced a better way of living for seniors who felt the promise of their next phase of life had lost its shine. In a market inundated with perfunctory properties and no access to the independence residents had worked so hard to maintain, our properties rose above with five-star resort amenities, vibrant neighborhoods, and advanced care staff onsite. We are honored to count more than 800 Members among our first communities and eagerly welcome future Members home!

Our History

The Isakson legacy stretches back more than 100 years and more than four generations in Atlanta area real estate. Isakson Living was born out of a personal need as Andy Isakson searched to find a true home that would last for his parents. Rather than settling for what currently existed in an imperfect marketplace, Andy saw an opportunity and built a solution that provided a higher level of care. Isakson visited 75 of the best senior living and top resort properties around the country to identify the elements that were integral to a long, healthy, happy life.

Without exception, the sense of belonging helped residents stay active and feel connected to a larger purpose — this sentiment became the cornerstone of Isakson Living’s People-First Living strategy. Andy’s vision for his parents’ lives extends to every facet of our communities; from design, development, and ongoing service, everything is tailored to our Members’ individual needs and preferences.
